Piercing Requirements for Minors

Minors MUST be accompanied by their parent or guardian. The State of Texas requires that minors receiving a piercing service present their birth certificate, the parent’s driver’s license, and either a state-issued photo ID or school ID for the minor.

Court-appointed guardians, foster parents, and step-parents must also provide guardianship papers and/or a marriage license as applicable to show relationship to, and decision making rights for, the minor. Please call the shop with any questions regarding documents necessary for minors.
